Warranty Support

Each of our systems comes with a limited warranty. Limited warranty support covers telephone and internet based support incidents and labor costs for mail-in repair or replacement of our systems and components during warranty period. Limitations include intentional or accidental damage due to misuse. Most of our product's limited warraties also include free software updates during the warranty period. Some of our products also have extended warrantees that can be purchased at the time of order.

Service Subscriptions

Service subscription are offered to customers on an annual or monthly basis and covers unlimited support incidents as well as free software upgrades. Monthly basis service subscriptions must be set up to automatically bill against a company credit card. To qualify for a service subscription, the system must be in good working order without any pending incidents. A service subscription also gives you access to our Wiki and Forums.
