Service Subscriptions

Maintain your system investment and lower your operating cost with a service subscription that keeps your system up to date with the latest software updates and support assistance when your system is out of warranty. Multiple system owners also receive discounted pricing as do educational/research users. Service subscriptions require and active internet connection to your Sapphire or Ergos II system (or a modem connection for Ergos Classic) to assure full service and diagnostic capabilities. Service subscriptions are charged monthly to your credit card. Non educational and research customers with more than one of the same type of system are entitled to a 30% discount on that systems service subscriptions. Educational and research institutions are entitled to a 50% discount on all service subscriptions. The costs of service subscriptions are detailed below:

  • Ergos Classic: $1,200 enrollment, $200 per month
  • Ergos II: $600 enrollment, $100 per month
  • Sapphire Standard: $600 enrollment, $50 per month
  • Sapphire Custom: $600 enrollment, $35 per month per computer station.

Customers who currently pay their support subscriptions annually will be allowed to convert to a monthly subscription with no enrollment fee at the end of their current annual term if they have their enrollment form in 30 days prior to their annual term expiration.
