Support

For online support of our Ergos and Sapphire product lines, registered users will need to authorised for access to online support. Authorizaion for access to online support is available to Certified Evalautors if the system is within it's warranty period or has an active service subscription. To become authorised you will need to register and login to our site and then call us or email us with your user name and ask to enable your access to online support. We will confirm that you are a Certified Evaluator and that your system is either under warranty or has a current service subscription. Sorry, customers who purchase support on a per-incident basis are not granted access to online support.

Forums

The general discussion forums are for discussion of issues of concern to all evaluators in our industry and are available to all registered users. Specific customer support questions are not allowed in the in the general discussion forums, however, "how to" questions will be allowed and other users may respond.

The suport forums are available to users who are authorised for online support.
