Remote Help System - If you need help troubleshooting a problem with your system and you have a current support subscription or can authorize an incident fee, then please contact us to schedule a remote support session which will allow us to connect to your PC's desktop and troubleshoot your problem. You will be directed to go to this link to initiate the session.

Support

Limited Warranty
Each of our systems comes with 1-year of limited warranty support at no additional charge. Limited warranty support covers all the aspect of fee for service support and additionally covers repair or replacement of all components. Limitations include intentional or accidental damage due to misuse. Extended warrantees can be purchased at the time of order. For complete details, see the warranty document you received with your purchase.

Support Incident (fee for service)
Each support incident (defined as an independent or root cause of a failure) is diagnosed between you and our technician(s) and an ultimate resolution plan is developed. These assessments may include diagnosis by telephone and/or remote connection to your system. Sapphire™ and ERGOS® II products may require an internet connection and classic ERGOS® systems may require a telephone modem connection in order to diagnose the problem. Many times a resolution to the incident requires no replacement or repairs to components; however, if ultimate resolution requires replacement of any components then an additional cost may be incurred in order to resolve the incident.
$Prices for standard configurations:
- $245 (ERGOS® II™ and Sapphire™)
- $299 (Classic ERGOS®)

Service Subscriptions
Service subscription are offered to customers on an annual or monthly basis and covers unlimited support incidents as well as free software upgrades. Monthly basis service subscriptions must be set up to automatically bill against a company credit card. To qualify for a service subscription, the system must be in good working order without any pending incidents.
$Prices for standard configurations:
- $600 annually, or $50 monthly (Sapphire™)
- $1,200 annually, or $100 monthly (ERGOS® II™)
- $2,500 annually, or $200 monthly (Classic ERGOS®)
