Level 1 Training
Level I Training is offered for the ERGOS® Work Simulator System and the Sapphire™ Work Assessment System over a two day period for evaluators wishing to receive peer review certification as a Certified ERGOS® Evaluator (CEE™) or Certified ERGOS® Sapphire™ Evaluator (CESE™). The two day training provides 25 contact hours for each evaluator successfully completing the peer review. 16 contact hours are given for the two training days and 9 contact hours are given for the certification evaluation and report writing.
Each evaluator trainee is required to submit a sample report following training that makes use of all the assessment test activities available on their ERGOS® or Sapphire™ system. A team of experienced certified ERGOS® Evaluators reviews the sample report for completeness, test interpretation accuracy and clinical/behavioral documentation. Each sample report is also reviewed to determine that appropriate assessment conclusions are supported by objective test data and that recommendations concur with the measured performances of the sample evaluee. Once this requirement is met, the evaluator is awarded CEE™ or CESE™ certification.

Level 2 Training
Level II Training is offered for the ERGOS® Work Simulator and Sapphire Work Assessment System over a two day period for any CEE™ or CESE™ that wishes to expand their clinical interpretation skills, expert witness testimony, marketing strategies and service model. It is a customized program that surveys each attendee to make sure they are provided with the details needed by their respective settings. 16 contact hours are given for the two day period The attendee does not have to submit a sample report as is required for Level I, but is given a test for quality assurance and to make sure that a minimum body of knowledge is provided during training. In addition to contact hours given, the attendees receive Level II certification upon receiving an acceptable test score.

ERGOS® Pre/Post-Offer Evaluator Training
Certified ERGOS® Pre/Post-Offer Evaluator (CEPOE™) training is offered for facilities needing training for staff conducting personnel assessments under the Americans with Disability Act (ADA). Staff that is not medically credentialed are used for this type of assessment, This is is a one day seminar, upon submission of a sample pre-employment assessment, the candidate receives a Certified ERGOS® Pre/Post-Offer Evaluator certificate.
