When you press the Connect button below, you will be
prompted to install Java if it is not installed on your
computer. When Java is installed, the remote connection
software sill start. When prompted, enter your name and
your company name, and if the Simwork support engineer tells
you to enter an ID, you also will need to enter that information.
Note: Your browser may prompt you one or more times for
confirmation that you want this program to run and allow
the remote support connecction to proceed. You must allow
the program to run and onfirm the security permissions to
use this system.
