For those of you who wonder who is at the other end of the phone when you call, here we are. As owners, users and developers, we will continue our efforts to develop new and improved functional testing systems. The three owners of Simwork Systems are former employees and/or consultants of the former Work Recovery, Inc. (WRI). They are Robert Akins, John Banks, and Mark Means.
Executive Team
Robert Akins
President, CEO and Director of Manufacturing
Robert is president of the company, mechanical engineering and R&D, product manufacturing, and provides technical support for hardware and older systems' electronics.
Robert was the manufacturing foreman at WRI.
John Banks
CTO and Director of R&D
John identifies new product opportunities, defines their protocols and oversees all aspects of their development, prepares product documentation and conducts training programs and provides technical support for protocol and software operations.
John was the Director of R&D at WRI. He is the creator of the ERGOS™ protocol and continues to develop new testing tools and methods.
Mark Means
COO, CFO and Director of Electrical and Software Engineering
Mark's oversees the daily operation of the company and its finances as well as designs the software and electronic interfaces in our products and technical support for software and our newer electronic devices.
Mark is the software guru that that wrote almost all of the hundreds of thousands of lines of code in the ERGOS™ assessment system and most of our other products.
