ERGOS® Service Subscription

 

ERGOS® Service Subscription users receive the following each service year: 

►    FREE ERGOS® software updates, patches and software enhancements.

 -Service Subscription users exclusively get all software updates which are not offered to other users.  This typically has been worth from $1300 to $1890 USD for each of the last three years.

► Discounts up to 30% off list on repairs, parts and consumables.

-All parts and consumables are discounted 30% .

► Unlimited FREE  hardware diagnostics, software diagnostic and assessment protocol consultative services.

-There are no limits to hardware diagnostic , software diagnostic or protocol consultative services.  We work with the subscriber to make sure that all software and hardware is operating as intended.  Likewise, we offer protocol consultation and assistance on how to develop assessment programs in a variety of markets such as long-term disability, worker’s compensation, personnel hiring/ADA methodologies, auto accident, fitness for duty testing, tort liability testing, aging worker assessment, union pension fund testing, Social Security testing, and others.  We also offer hardware upgrades at substantial savings over retail costs.

► Unlimited FREE custom installation of ADA Pre-employment or ADA Post offer test standards on your Master Station

    (a savings of over $120 USD for each standard).

-As more service subscription facilities expand their pre-employment and post-offer assessment services it is critical that they have objective and culture/gender fair test data to meet employment testing standards.  The user simply sends Simwork Systems their employer hiring standards and we install it on the Master Station.  We also work with the subscriber in setting up a master test protocol that can be loaded to the employment candidate’s test file.  This service is only available to service subscribers.

Priority customer service for hardware and software diagnostics.

-All subscribers get priority customer service contacts for hardware, software, and assessment protocol diagnostics. Service Subscription customers receive service before non-subscribers.
